We are proud to announce the addition of clinician research to our care center to better care for our patients. We are enrolling patients for new treatments for their autoimmune and rheumatology diseases. We are collaborating with Profound Research to provide this care locally.

LUPUS TRIAL 2024

We are actively recruiting patients with systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE / Lupus) for an exiting clinical trial. The treatment uses a cutting edge technology called CAR-T. This is a cellular treatment using your own cells to combat lupus. Unlike DNA techniques that have much higher side effects, this agent is via mRNA technology which is expected to be better tolerated, safer and more affordable for patients. The hope is this treatment will have better efficacy and reduce the need for other immunotherapy agents.

MYOSITIS / DERMATOMYOSITIS

We hope to initiate a trial trials for dermatomyositis and autoimmune myositis (muscle disorders) in 2024.
